What I am thankful for this year

It is that time of year where are surrounded by love and family members, that we may not get to see on a daily basis. It is a magical time of year that I will forever be grateful for.

With the season changing and the holidays in full swing, I thought that it was the perfect time to share what I am extremely thankful for this year.

1.My Family, living away from them for a whole year has been hard, but I know that it is the right choice for me at this time. Even though I am hundreds of miles away from home, I can’t help but think that our relationship has only gotten stronger. They are my safety net and let me tell you they are fantastic!

2.My grandfather , A man of wisdom, strength, a strong heart, and a stubborn mind. Someone that I am very thankful that I still get to hear his voice, and call him when I get lost on my path. I am very blessed to still have him in my life.

3. Being an Aunt, to two beautiful nieces, and one very handsome nephew. I love how our family is growing , and the love keeps getting bigger. Being an Auntie is truly on of the best gifts that god has given me.

4.Adventures with Doug, from crater lake, to a town filled with Halloween I am forever blessed to be experiencing these things with you by my side.

5.School, I was never a girl who dreamed of going to college, never someone who thought that she would fall in love with higher education. But here I am extremely blessed by knowledge, that I never thought I would enjoy.

6. Work, I am a pastry chef. I have a love for food that is unexplainable to me there is nothing better than being able to feed the people that I love. I never knew it was possible to love a job until I started working where I do today. For that, I am forever grateful.

7.Beastie , My someone to come home to, my cuddle buddy on cold nights, my best friend for the past 2 1/2 years!!!! she is full of sass and spunk and there is truly nothing better than having her in my life .
